摘  要:A核电站汽轮机调节汽门油动机出现泄漏故障,潜在风险较大,威胁机组安全运行。通过泄漏故障模式分析、理论计算、试验验证,分析泄漏量在一定范围内不会导致机组瞬态,液位异常下降为最大的风险点,并制定针对措施,降低风险,确保了机组安全运行。经过解体检查也验证了风险分析和安全措施的有效性,并最终锁定故障原因,消除了设备隐患。There is a leakage fault in the hydraulic motor of the steam turbine governing valve of a nuclear power plant,which has a great potential risk and threatens the safe operation of the unit.Through leakage failure mode analysis,theoretical calculation and test verification,it is analyzed that the leakage will not cause the unit transient within a certain range,and the abnormal drop of liquid level is the maximum risk point,and targeted measures are formulated to reduce the risk and ensure the safe operation of the unit.After disassembly and inspection,the effectiveness of risk analysis and safety measures was also verified,and finally the cause of the failure was locked,and the hidden dangers of the equipment were eliminated.
