摘　　要：随着先进科学技术的的发展,在烟草企业进行技术改造时,越来越多的自动化技术投入到生产操作中。由于再造烟叶薄片生产工艺的复杂性,生产连续性且装备操作也较为繁琐,行业一般为单纯的人工进行生产控制,远不能达到自动化生产需求,本文以某再造烟叶薄片生产工艺为例,设计了一套DCS控制系统,阐述了该系统的设计思路和总体结构,并对相关工艺流程控制要点进行分析,完成系统平台搭建,经验证,运行状态良好,极大地促进了再造烟叶薄片生产的自动化程度。With the development of advanced science and technology,more and more automation technology is put into the production operation when the tobacco enterprises carry out technical transformation.Due to the complexity of the production process of reconstituted tobacco leaf sheets,the continuity of production,and the cumbersome equipment operation,the industry generally uses manual production control,which is far from meeting the needs of automated production.Taking a production process of reconstituted tobacco leaf sheet as an example,this paper designs a DCS control system,expounds the design idea and overall structure of the system,analyzes the key points of related process control,and completes the construction of the system platform.It is verified that the operation status is good,which greatly promotes the automation degree of reconstituted tobacco flake production.
