摘　　要：为了对建筑物整体移位与拆除重建的效益进行综合分析,通过文献研究法从经济效益、社会效益、环境效益方面梳理出造价、工期、城市规划、社会秩序、环保、资源使用、文物保护这七项建立了指标体系,并运用层次分析法进行方案决策,案例分析表明建筑物整体移位的综合效益大于其拆除重建的效益,为建筑物整体移位或拆除重建工程进行方案比选提供了方法和参考。In order to builde the overall efficiency through comprehensive analysis of the shift and demolition reconstruction,this study sorted out six indicators including cost,construction period,urban planning,social order,environmental protection,resource use and cultural relic protection from the aspects of economic benefit,social benefit and environmental benefit through literature research method.It uses analytic hierarchy process to make scheme decision.The case study shows that the overall benefits of building displacement are greater than those of demolition and reconstruction,which provides a method and reference for the comparison of the whole shift displacement or demolition and reconstruction project.
