摘 要:隧道传统空压机组在运转时的机油温度通常保持在90℃左右,通过散热装置将油气混凝土携带的大量热量排向空气中,在高原严寒地区,空压机工作性能降低,同时,高温油气混合物致使施工成本增加和环境污染。为此,对空压机余热回收原理进行研究,针对高原严寒地区隧道,将余热用于生活区、办公区房间供暖,并进行经济性对比分析,该技术不仅提高了空压机的工作性能,降低了施工成本,还大大改善了职工工作、生活环境,颇具推广价值。The oil temperature of the traditional air compressor unit in the tunnel is usually maintained at about 90℃ during operation.A large amount of heat carried by the oil-gas concrete is discharged into the air through the heat dissipation device.In the severe cold area of the plateau,the working performance of the air compressor is reduced.At the same time,the high-temperature oil-gas mixture increases the construction cost and environmental pollution.Therefore,the principle of waste heat recovery of air compressor is studied.Aiming at the tunnel in the severe cold area of plateau,the waste heat is used for the room heating of living area and office area,and the economic comparative analysis is carried out.This technology not only improves the working performance of air compressor,reduces the construction cost,but also greatly improves the working and living environment of employees,which is of great popularization value.
