摘　　要：南昌智慧型城市建设自2012年以来至今获得显著成效,但智慧项目耗资巨大,为减轻政府负担,政府与企业合作的PPP运作模式值得大力推广。针对PPP模式在南昌智慧型城市建设提出了几点参考性建议,指出了未来发展策略与方向。Nanchang smart city construction has achieved remarkable results since 2012,but smart projects cost a lot of money.In order to reduce the burden on the government,the PPP operation mode of cooperation between the government and enterprises is worth vigorously promoting.This paper puts forward some reference suggestions for the construction of PPP mode in Nanchang smart city,and points out the future development strategy and direction.
