摘  要:文中针对传统的转台测角系统工作状态监测方法中,依赖标定平台、工作量大等缺点,对基于解调原理的莫尔信号特征分离技术开展研究。在分析莫尔信号特征产生原理的基础上,对莫尔信号特征分离方法进行阐述;设计基于FPGA的整圆周莫尔信号采集电路,详细说明了电路中ADC、SDRAM等参数设计方法。实验证明信号采集电路功能的有效性和莫尔信号特征分离方法的有效性,实验结果表明被测对象的莫尔信号特征的0至七次谐波明显,且各谐波幅值重复性偏差在-0.2~0.25 mV之间,转台测角系统工作时莫尔信号特征无明显波动。In this paper,a research on separation technology of Moirésignal characteristics based on demodulation was pro⁃posed,which overcame the disadvantages of relying on calibration platform and heavy workload caused by traditional monitoring method of turntable angle measurement system.Based on the analysis of the generating principle of Moirésignal characteristics,the principle of separation method of Moirésignal characteristics was elaborated.An FPGA-based circumferential Moirésignal ac⁃quisition circuit was designed and the parameters of ADC and SDRAM were analyzed in detail.The separation method of Moirésignal characteristics and the circuit function were verified by experiments.The experimental results show that the Moirésignal characteristics of the measured object has obvious 0~7 harmonics.The repeatability deviation of each harmonic amplitude is be⁃tween-0.2 mV and 0.25 mV,which indicate that the Moirésignal characteristics have no obvious fluctuation when the turntable angle measuring system is working.
