摘 要:查阅相关文献,从中药材混淆掺伪鉴别、栽培品和野生品鉴别、不同产区鉴别、不同药用部位鉴别、中药材与炮制品鉴别5个方面对热微扰下二维相关红外光谱在中药鉴定中的应用进行简要概述,发现二维相关红外光谱技术可以提高光谱分辨率,基于整体性直接对药材粉末进行鉴定。Referring to the relevant literature,this paper briefly summarizes the research on two-dimensional correlation infrared spectroscopy with thermal perturbation in identification of Chinese materia medica(CMM) from the 5 aspects including the identification of CMM adulterant medicinal materials,the identification of cultivated and wild varieties of CMM,the identification of different producing areas of CMM,the identification of the different medicinal parts of CMM,and the identification of CMM medicinal materials and their processed products.It is found that two-dimensional correlation infrared spectroscopy can improve the spectral resolution and directly identify the medicinal powder based on the integrity.
