摘 要:由于废纸原料的多次循环利用,导致瓦楞原纸生产废水中的钙离子浓度较高。结合实际生产情况制定了降低废水钙离子浓度的可行性措施:在废纸碎解环节添加碱回收绿液(碳酸钠浓度为132 g·L^(-1)),当添加量为12 L·m^(-3)时,瓦楞纸外排废水钙离子浓度可以满足厌氧处理进水要求,从而减缓了颗粒污泥的钙化;同时生成的碳酸钙还可以当作填料,实现变废为宝。Due to the repeated recycling of wastepaper,the concentration of calcium ions in the wastewater of corrugated medium production is higher.Taking account of the practical production,feasible measure of reducing calcium ions concentration in wastewater has been worked out,that is adding alkali recovery green liquor(the concentration of sodium carbonate was 132 g·L^(-1))into the course of waste paper shredding.When the amount added is 12 liters per cubic metre wastewater,the calcium ion concentration in wastewater of corrugated paper can meet the requirement of anaerobic treatment and the calcification of granular sludge is slowed down.Moreover,the calcium carbonate produced can be used as filler to turn waste into treasure.
