摘　　要：通过对典型三醋酸纤维素膜企业富士胶片与乐凯三醋酸纤维素膜相关专利进行检索分析,并将专利维度与企业转型发展维度相结合,从企业转型背景、过程分析凝练转型模式特点,进而研究企业转型过程中专利技术的作用以及对转型模式的支撑,对比不同模式的异同点,以期对国内政策引导和企业转型升级提供些许启示与借鉴。The paper searched and analyzed the patents related to cellulose triacetate film of typical enterprises,Fuji film and Lucky.Linking the patents with the enterprise transformation and development,the paper analyzed and summarized the characteristics of the transformation mode depend on the background and process of the enterprise transformation.Then studied the role of patent technology in the process of enterprise transformation and its support for the transformation mode,and compared the similarities and differences of different modes,in order to provide some enlightenment and reference for domestic policy guidance and enterprise transformation and upgrading.
