摘 要:本文对一台±800kV换流变压器调压绕组进行设计结构优化。调压绕组初期采用单螺旋式结构,8根导线并绕,经对结构仔细核算并仿真分析,发现存在设计安全隐患。后将调压绕组改为单层圆筒式结构,并改变出头排列方式,为16根导线并绕。对单螺旋式绕组和单层圆筒式绕组结构和参数进行了对比分析,分别进行了工频电场、雷电冲击、温升和抗短路能力等仿真计算,得出本±800kV换流变压器调压绕组采用单层圆筒式结构更为可靠,最终产品一次性顺利通过出厂试验。In this paper, the regulating winding of ± 800 kV converter transformer is given to make a structural optimization. In the initial stage of design, the single helical structure was adopted to the regulating winding, with 8 conductors in parallel. But hidden dangers in the design safety was found after careful calculation and simulation analysis of the structure. Then, the regulating winding was changed to single-layer cylindrical structure, with 16 conductors in parallel and the arrangement of the winding terminal was changed. The structure and parameters of single helical winding and single-layer cylindrical winding are compared and analyzed, and the power frequency electric field,lightning impulse and temperature rise are calculated respectively. The conclusion is single-layer cylindrical structure is more reliable for the regulating winding of ±800kV converter transformer. At last the final product successfully passes the factory test at one time.
