摘  要:新型三元混合绝缘油具有优良的热稳定性及抗老化性,可以有效延长老旧变压器绝缘系统的使用寿命。在不改变原有结构的情况下,将运行20年的35kV老旧矿物绝缘油变压器绝缘介质直接更换为新型抗老化三元混合绝缘油,并进行试验对比研究。结果表明,注入三元混合绝缘油的老旧变压器完全满足矿物绝缘油变压器相关试验要求,且挂网运行期间各项试验指标均满足运行标准要求,并不影响变压器的实际运行特性,这对于延长在运老旧油浸式变压器使用寿命具有一定的可行性。The new type three-element mixed insulating oil has excellent thermal stability and anti-aging property, and can effectively extend the service life of the old oil-immersed type transformer insulation system. Without changing the original structure, the insulation medium of 35kV old transformer immersed in mineral insulating oil which has been running for 20 years is directly replaced by a new type of anti-aging three-element mixed insulating oil, and the experimental comparative study is carried out. The results show that the old transformer immersed in three-element mixed insulating oil can fully meet the relevant test requirements of mineral insulating oil transformer, and all test indexes satisfy the requirements of operation standards during operation, does not affect the actual operation characteristics of the transformer, which is feasible to extend the service life of old transformer in service immersed in mineral insulating oil.
