摘 要:随着电力变压器的单机容量不断提高,以往变压器设计时所采用的绕组入口流量经验计算式不再适用,籍此计算得到的绕组温升与热点温度与实际往往偏差较大。为探究强制油冷却方式(OFAF)变压器各绕组更为准确的入口冷却油流量计算方法,本文针对一台OFAF冷却方式变压器绕组结构搭建了数值仿真平台,对绕组内部温升进行了详细的三维数值模拟。基于数值计算获得的大量数据,结合相关的部分试验测试结果,得到该OFAF冷却方式变压器不同负载下低、中、高压绕组各自的入口冷却油流量分配规律。运用传热学能量守恒原理对本文得到的流量分配结果进行了检验,最大总流量相对误差为3.28%。此外,利用另外两台相同冷却方式的变压器试验结果对本文提出的绕组进口流量分配方法进行了验证,结果表明该方法对OFAF冷却方式变压器具备较高的适用性。With the continuous improvement of the single-unit capacity of power transformer, the empirical calculation formula of winding flow used in previous transformer design is no longer applicable, because the winding temperature rise and hot spot temperature obtained by this method deviates greatly from the actual situation. In order to explore the more accurate calculation method of the inlet cooling oil flow of each winding of the forced oil cooling method(OFAF) transformer,In this paper, a numerical simulation platform was built for the winding structure of an OFAF-cooled transformer, and a detailed three-dimensional numerical simulation of the internal temperature rise of the winding was carried out. Based on a large amount of data obtained from the numerical calculations, combining with the relevant test results, the distribution law of the inlet cooling oil flow rate of the low, medium and high voltage windings of the OFAF cooling transformer under different loads was obtained. Using the principle of energy conservation in heat transfer to verify the flow distribution results, the relative error of the maximum total flow is 3.28%. In addition, the method of the winding inlet oil flow distribution proposed in this paper was verified with the test results of two other transformers of the same type. The results show that this method has high applicability to OFAF cooling transformers.
