摘  要:基于电压源型换流器的柔性低频交流输电兼具交、直流输电的技术优势,是值得深入研究的新型输电技术。分析基于电压源型换流器的柔性低频交流输电技术特性,列举系统典型拓扑结构。针对海上风电送出场景,计算获得不同频率下典型截面海缆的输电能力曲线。以国内某项目为例进行了经济性对比。结果表明,柔性低频交流输电技术应用于中远距离海上风电送出时具有明显优势。此外,分析了海岛互联供电、陆上大规模新能源发电汇集送出等应用场景;分析了频率变化对高压大容量交交换流器、变压器、断路器、电缆等主要输电设备关键性能的影响;系统性地指出了柔性低频交流输电工程化应用尚需深入开展的研究工作。The flexible low-frequency AC transmission based on voltage source converters(VSCs)has the technical advantages of both AC and DC transmission,which is a new transmission technology worthy of in-depth study.Technical characteristics of VSCbased flexible low-frequency AC transmission are analyzed,and the typical topologies of the system are listed.For the offshore wind power transmission scenario,the power transmission capacity curves of typical cross-section submarine cables at different frequencies are calculated.Taking a project of China as an example,the economic comparison is carried out.The results show that the flexible low-frequency AC transmission technology has obvious advantages in the application of medium-and long-distance offshore wind power transmission.In addition,the application scenarios such as island interconnected power supply and onshore large-scale renewable energy power collection and transmission are also analyzed.The influence of frequency changes on the key performances of main transmission equipment such as high-voltage large-capacity AC-AC converters,transformers,circuit breakers and cables is analyzed.The further research work that needs to be carried out in the engineering application of flexible lowfrequency AC transmission is systematically pointed out.
