摘  要:构建适应可调节负荷参与调度的两级自动功率控制架构,对中国华北电网可调节负荷实际业务数据进行特性分析,提出了考虑时间延迟的可调节负荷调峰自适应预控策略。通过超前预控和变步长、逐步修正的控制方法,实现长信息交互链条下可调节负荷调度指令的优化。同时,在调峰基础上,提出可调节负荷参与基线调频启动和复归策略,结合考虑负荷用户满意度进行调节偏差分配,实现了可调节负荷与常规机组协调优化控制。将可调节负荷纳入调度主站的自动功率控制范畴,提升了电网调峰和调频能力,经实际运行和在线仿真综合验证了所提策略的有效合理性。The two-level automatic power control(APC) architecture, which is suitable for adjustable loads participating in dispatching, is developed. The characteristics of the actual business data of adjustable loads in North China power grid are analyzed. A self-adaptive pre-control strategy of adjustable loads participating in peak regulation considering time delay is proposed.Through the control methods of advanced pre-control and gradual correction with variable step size, the optimization of dispatching command for adjustable loads with the long information interaction chain is realized. Meanwhile, the start and reset strategy of baseline frequency regulation for adjustable loads based on peak shaving is proposed. Combined with the adjustment deviation allocation considering the satisfaction of load users, the coordinated optimal control between the adjustable loads and conventional units is realized. Introducing the adjustable loads into APC category of dispatching master station can improve the peak and frequency regulation ability of the power grid. The effectiveness and rationality of the proposed strategies is verified comprehensively by actual operation and on-line simulation.
