摘　　要：对城市轨道交通既有线信号系统大修改造工程的项目立项、工程可行性研究、初步设计、招标设计、设计联络及施工图设计、施工及调试配合、验收及开通配合等各阶段的工作重点进行了分析,可为信号系统的大修改造设计项目提供参考。Key points in all stages of an overhaul or renovation project of the existing signal system in urban rail transit are analyzed,including project establishment,engineering feasibility study,preliminary design,bidding design,design liaison and construction design,coordination in construction and testing as well as coordination in acceptance and opening of the project,which can offer references for the overhaul or renovation project of the signal system in urban rail transit.
