摘　　要：针对地铁常用的LED信号机故障报警仪中,单片机容易死机、RS-485通信故障、采样校准不便等问题,研制了一款新型LED信号机故障报警仪。采用总线仲裁机制的双机热备方式,确保设备的安全性和可靠性;设计新型精密整流电路,可采集0~200 mA交流信号的有效值。经仿真及与现场实测数据比较后,该新型LED信号机故障报警仪具有较高的检测精度,能够满足地铁信号系统功能需求。To deal with such problems as frequent crashes of the single chip microcomputer,failure of RS-485 communication and inconvenient sampling calibration of the existing fault alarm device for LED signal lamp,a new type fault alarm device for LED signal lamp is developed.This device adopts double hot-standby redundancy with bus arbitration mechanism to ensure its safety and reliability.Especially,a new precision rectifier circuit is designed to collect AC signals with effective value ranging from 0 to 200mA.It has been validated via simulation and field test that this new type fault alarm device for LED signal lamp has high precision detection and can meet the functional requirements of metro signal system.
