摘 要:本文以住宅建筑电气设计的视角,探讨了智慧家居概念、含义,分析了智慧家居系统的特征、构建与发展的关键要素。重点探讨了智慧家居系统框架的构成,将智慧家居系统分为3个结构层:基础设备层、建筑设备层、生活设备层,并对各设备层的组成进行了分析。对智慧家居电气设计与常规住宅建筑电气设计的区别进行了分析,探讨了智慧家居系统对“双碳”目标实现的作用。From the perspective of residential building electrical design, this article discusses the concept and meaning of intelligent home, analyzes the characteristics of intelligent home system, and the key elements of intelligent home system construction and development.The framework of intelligent home system is mainly discussed, and the intelligent home system is divided into three structural layers: basic equipment layer, building equipment layer and living equipment layer, and the composition of each equipment layer is analyzed.This article analyzes the differences between the electrical design of intelligent home and that of conventional residential buildings. The effect of intelligent home system on the realization of “carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals” is discussed.
