摘　　要：近年来,由于科技和工艺手段的迅速发展,汽车行业的不断创新,并在精细部件上不断提出新的要求。汽车连接器作为汽车的一个重要部件,在汽车整车能够有效工作方面发挥了巨大的作用。该文结合深圳尼索科连接技术有限公司现有连接器插孔接触件,综合分析了汽车连接器端子的冲压工艺与模具设计相关内容。因对象连接器端子体积较小,且所需精度较高,为此需要设计一种适配的冲压模具以使最终制造的零件符合工艺生产要求。Due to the rapid development of science and technology and technological means,the automobile industry has been innovating continuously in recent years,and constantly put forward new requirements on fine parts.As an important part of the car,the car connector plays a huge role in the effective work of the entire car.Combined with the existing connector jack contacts of Shenzhen Nisocco Connection Technology Co.,Ltd.,this paper comprehensively analyzes the stamping process and mold design of automotive connector terminals.Due to the small size of the object connector terminal and the high required precision,itis necessary to design a suitable stamping die to make the final manufactured part meet the process production requirements.
