基于“1+X”证书制度的汽车技术类专业教学改革研究

摘　　要：“1+X”证书制度是我国职业教育改革中对所有职业院校的要求,将提高职业教育的质量作为主要目标,围绕提出的一系列具有针对性的改革措施。其中最重要的一点就是,将学生的学历证书和专业技能证书相互结合,以保证职业学院的高质量发展,深入改革培养综合型人才的教育模式和考核模式。该文通过对高职学校汽车技术类专业的专业技能等级证书的分析,并当前各大高职院校的汽车技术专业的教育现状提出新的改革方向。基于此,提出了“课证融通”职业教育新模式,以此达到学生考证需求和教师教学目标的一致要求,提出助益培养专业人才和证书考取共同实现的方法,做到提高职业人才综合素质的目标。The“1+X”certificate system isa requirement for all vocational colleges in my country's vocational education reform.It takes improving the quality of vocational education as the main goal.Around the proposed series of targeted reform measures.One of the most important points is the combination of students'academic certificates and professional skills certificates.In order to ensure the high-quality development of vocational colleges,we will deeply reform the education model and assessment model for cultivating comprehensive talents.This paper puts forward a new reform direction through the analysis of the professional skill level certificate of the automobile technology major in secondary vocational schools,and the current education status of the automobile technology major in major vocational colleges.Based on this,a new vocational education model of"course certificate integration"is proposed to meet the consistent requirements of students'certification needs and teachers'teaching goals.It proposes a method to help cultivate professional talents and obtain certificates,so as to achieve the goal of improving the comprehensive quality of professional talents.
