摘　　要：众所周知,对拧紧过程的研究是每个发动机厂面临的一项重要工作,特别是随着发动机强化程度不断提升,对螺栓尤其是重要关键螺栓的拧紧可靠性提出了更高要求的背景下,拧紧过程的研究尤其重要。该文通过对拧紧的技术特点分析,结合江铃汽车股份公司发动机工厂的JX4D24发动机的装配过程,对拧紧的工艺控制与质量监控等方面展开探讨。As we all know,the study of the tightening process is an important task facing every engine plant,especially with the continuous improvement of engine strengthening,the tightening reliability of bolts,especially important key bolts,put forward higher requirements,the study of the tightening process is particularly important.In this paper,through the analysis of the technical characteristics of tightening combined with the assembly process of JX4D24 engine at the engine plant of Jiangling Motors Co.,Ltd.,the process control and quality monitoring oftightening are discussed.
