摘  要:为实现奇亚籽油的高效制备目的,利用单因素优化超声波辅助提取奇亚籽油的工艺参数,探究物料粒度、抽提溶剂、超声功率、提取时间、固液比等参数对奇亚籽油提取率的影响。结果表明,当超声辅助提取的最优参数分别为:物料粒度100目、抽提溶剂石油醚、超声功率50 kHz、提取时间40 min、固液比1:12(g/mL),奇亚籽油的提取率高达(90.34±0.64)%。通过研究奇亚籽油对DPPH·和ABTS^(+)·的清除效果表明,超声波辅助提取技术与索氏抽提技术所得奇亚籽油均具备较强的抗氧化活性,且2种提取工艺所得奇亚籽油的抗氧化活性差异性较小。In order to achieve the purpose of efficient preparation of chia seed oil,the process parameters of ultrasonic-assisted extraction of chia seed oil were optimized by single factor,and the effects of material particle size,extraction solvent,ultrasonic power,extraction time,solid-liquid ratio and other parameters on the extraction rate of chia seed oil were explored.The results showed that the optimal parameters for ultrasonic-assisted extraction were material size 100 mesh,extraction solvent petroleum ether,ultrasonic power 50 kHz,extraction time 40 min,solid-liquid ratio 1:12,the extraction rate of chia seed oil was as high as(90.34±0.64)%.The research on the scavenging effect of chia seed oil on DPPH·and ABTS^(+)·showed that the chia seed oil obtained by ultrasonic-assisted extraction technology and Soxhlet extraction technology had strong antioxidant activity,and the difference of antioxidant activity of chia seed oil obtained by the two extraction processes is small.
