摘 要:分别在常规工艺(20℃·s^(-1)速率升温至1000℃,保温1200 s,压力6.7 MPa,空冷)和阶梯工艺(20℃·s^(-1)速率升温至1050℃,停留2 s后以10℃·s^(-1)速率降温至950℃,此阶段压力2.8 MPa,然后在6.7 MPa压力下保温1200 s,空冷)下,以加钽+铜为复合中间层对TC4钛合金与15-5PH不锈钢进行真空扩散焊,研究了接头的组织和性能。结果表明:复合中间层可阻碍钛合金与不锈钢间元素互扩散;阶梯工艺下接头的抗拉强度为550 MPa,高于常规工艺(390 MPa),这与柯肯达尔扩散空洞小且浅、焊后复合中间层厚度较小以及铜/钽界面连接质量较高有关。TC4 titanium alloy and 15-5PH stainless steel was vacuum diffusion welded with Ta+Cu as(raise℃·s^(-1),composite interlayer under conventional process cooling)temperature to1000℃at rate of20050holding for℃·s^(-1),MPa,(raise1200s with pressure of6.7lower air and step process temperature to1℃at rate of20and s,℃·s^(-1)MPa,holding for2of then MPa temperature to950℃at rate of10with pressure of2.8the holding at a The s,200cooling).air pressure results6.7show for1The microstructure and properties of between joint were studied.alloy that the composite interlayer could prevent the element diffusion MPa,550titanium higher and stainless MPa steel.The tensile strength of the joint under step process was shallow and was than390small under process,cavity,conventional composite which was related to the small and Cu/Ta Kirkendal diffusion thickness of the interlayer and good banding quality of interface.
