摘 要:V150高强度钻杆在某直井服役过程中于其加厚过渡带消失处出现刺穿现象,采用宏观形貌观察、磁粉探伤、微观形貌观察、化学成分分析、力学性能测试、有限元分析等方法对钻杆进行了失效分析。结果表明:该钻杆刺穿的原因为腐蚀疲劳。钻井液存在溶解氧和一定含量Cl^(-),且pH较低,钻杆加厚过渡带区域因应力集中而产生严重氧腐蚀,并形成周向分布的密集点蚀坑;服役时钻杆跳钻严重,周期性的振动导致钻杆加厚过渡带消失处点蚀坑底部的较大应力集中效应产生周期性变化,并使得钻杆发生共振现象,从而加剧了点蚀坑底部疲劳裂纹的萌生及扩展,并最终导致钻杆刺穿。The V150 high strength drill pipe was pierced in the disappearance area of thickening transition zone during the service in a vertical well.The failure analysis of drill pipe was carried out by macromorphology observation,magnetic particle inspection,micromorphology observation,chemical composition analysis,mechanical property testing,finite element analysis.The results show that the piercing cause of the drill pipe was corrosion fatigue.The drilling fluid contained dissolved oxygen and a certain content of Cl^(-),and the pH was low;serious oxygen corrosion occurred because of the stress concentration in the drilling pipe thickening transition zone,and dense pits were formed in the circumferential distribution.The drilling pipe jumped seriously during service,and the periodic vibration led to the periodic change of large stress concentration effect at the bottom of pit in the disappearance area of the thickening transition zone of drilling pipe;the drill pipe resonance phenomenon occurred,which intensified the initiation and propagation of fatigue cracks at the bottom of pit,and finally led to the piercing of drilling pipe.
