摘 要:地下室建设已成为城镇建筑标配,在工程建设阶段乃至使用阶段,地下室上浮事故时有发生。本文以某小区地下人防工程上浮为例,对其上浮检测结果进行了详细论述,对其上浮原因进行了深入分析。结果表明:因为突降暴雨导致场区地下水位升高,超过设计抗浮水位,东侧未及时进行回填覆土,导致地下室上浮。根据现场情况提出了掏土迫降后注浆加固地基,并对主体结构进行加固处理的加固方案。本文成果可为类似工程提供一定的借鉴与参考。Underground construction has become the standard for urban buildings, and basement floating accidents have occurred in the construction stage and even in the use stage of the project.The floating of an underground civil air defense project in a district is taken as an example, and the floating detection results are discussed in detail, and the reasons for the floating are analyzed in depth.The results show that the underground level in the field area rises due to the sudden rainstorm, which exceeds the design anti-floating water level, and the eastern side is not backfilled and covered with soil in time, which causes the basement floating.According to the on-site situation, a reinforcement scheme of grouting to reinforce the foundation after excavation and forced landing is proposed, and the main structure is reinforced.The results can provide a certain reference for similar projects.
