摘 要:本文根据湘钢炼铁厂新二烧车间360 m^(2)烧结机的生产实际,对烧结烟气数据进行系统的硫平衡分析,计算了新二烧车间所使用的各种烧结原料对烧结原始烟气中SO_(2)排放总量的影响权重,测量了新二烧360 m^(2)烧结机各风箱烟气中SO_(2)含量,总结归纳新二烧烟气生产过程中二氧化硫分布特征,根据烧结过程的物理和化学反应原理,讨论了二氧化硫生成和再吸附过程,并结合新二烧车间生产工艺和设备情况,提出了新二烧车间在过渡阶段生产中控制二氧化硫排放的措施。Based on the production of the 360 m^(2) sintering machine in the new No.2 Sintering Workshop of Xiangtan Steel,this paper makes a systematic sulfur balance analysis of sintering flue gas data.It calculates the influence weight of various sintering raw materials on SO_(2) emission in waste gas,measures the SO_(2) content of flue gas from each bellow of the 360 m^(2) sintering machine and figures out the distribution characteristics of SO_(2) in the flue gas production process of the new No.2Sintering Workshop.Following the physical and chemical reaction principle of sintering process,the generation and re-adsorption process of SO_(2) are discussed.Combined with the production process and equipment of the new No.2 sintering workshop,the measures to control SO_(2) emission in the production of the new No.2 sintering plant in the transitional stage are put forward.
