摘 要:转炉脱氧合金化是转炉冶炼工艺的最后一步,钢液内合金成分含量控制是否精确直接影响着精炼工序的冶炼难度与冶炼周期,基于冶炼机理和SPSS软件对合金在冶炼过程中的损耗进行研究,分析了影响合金收得率的主要因素,并对其进行分类处理,确定不同钢液条件下合金收得率状况。在此基础上,运用MATLAB软件构建了合金减量化模型,该模型根据多元线性回归、线性规划等算法,结合现场冶炼模式,在转炉冶炼初期便可计算出该炉最为经济有效的合金组合以及加入量,通过模型在现场的模拟运行,验证了模型的准确性,提高了转炉终点成分的命中率,减少了由人工经验配料所造成的合金成本损耗。Deoxidation and alloying of converter is the last step of converter smelting process.The accuracy of alloy content control in molten steel directly affects the smelting difficulty and smelting cycle of refining process.Based on the smelting mechanism and SPSS software,this paper studies the loss of alloy in the smelting process,analyzes the main factors affecting the alloy yield,classifies them,and determines the alloy yield under different liquid steel conditions.Meanwhile,the alloy reduction model is constructed by MATLAB.According to the algorithms of multiple linear regression and linear programming,combined with the on-site smelting mode,the most economical and effective alloy combination and addition amount can be calculated at the early stage of converter smelting.Through the simulation operation of the model in the field,the accuracy of the model is verified,the hit rate of the end composition of the converter is improved,and the alloy cost loss caused by manual experience batching is reduced.
