摘 要:复合聚合物电解质是未来固态锂电池最重要的候选电解质之一,但其中无机填料易团聚,难以形成连续的离子传输通路。通过静电纺丝和高温热处理手段得到柔性SiO_(2)纳米纤维多孔薄膜,采用扫描电子显微镜、Fourier变换红外光谱、X射线衍射和热重-微分热重法对样品进行了表征,系统研究了电纺前驱体溶液中正硅酸乙酯的占比和聚合物浓度对纳米纤维多孔薄膜形貌及柔性的影响。并以该多孔薄膜作为支撑体,制备了聚氧化乙烯(PEO)基复合聚合物电解质(CPE-SiO_(2))。对其电化学性能进行了测试,30℃时离子电导率达到2.52×10^(-5)/cm,60℃时LiFePO|CPE-SiO_(2)|Li半电池可以在1 C倍率下充放电稳定循环50次,Li|CPE-SiO_(2)|Li对称电池可在60℃下充放电稳定循环300 h,为下一代高性能全固态电池的商业化提供了一种行之有效的思路。Composite polymer electrolyte is one of the most promising electrolyte candidates for future solid state lithium batteries,but inorganic fillers used are prone to an agglomeration,thus being difficult to form a continuous ion transport pathway.Flexible SiO_(2)nanofiber porous membranes were fabricated by an electrospinning technique and a heating treatment process.The samples were characterized by scanning electron microscope,fourier transform infrared spectrometer,X-ray diffractometer,and thermogravimetry analyzer.The effects of TEOS proportion and polymer concentration in electrospinning precursor on the morphology and flexibility of the nanofiber porous membranes were investigated.Moreover,the electrochemical properties of PEO based composite polymer electrolyte (CPE-SiO_(2)) were analyzed.The ionic conductivity of this composite electrolyte can reach 2.52×10^(-5)/cm at 30℃.LiFePO|CPE-SiO_(2)|Li can be steadily charged/discharged for 50 times at 1 C rate and 60℃.Li|CPE-SiO_(2)|Li symmetric cell can keep a stable overpotential profile for 300 h with a low hysteresis at 60℃.This work provides an effective approach for the commercialization of next generation high-performance all-solid-state batteries.
