摘　　要：目的识别陕西省某煤矿项目职业病危害因素,评价职业病防护设施效果并提出职业病危害防护补充措施及建议。方法2020年4—7月在陕西省某煤矿项目试运行阶段,采用职业卫生调查法、职业卫生检测法、职业健康监护状况分析法和检查表分析法等,结合职业卫生管理情况及检测结果,对其进行职业病危害控制效果评价。结果陕西省某煤矿项目生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素有煤尘、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、氮氧化物、硫化氢、二氧化硫、甲烷和噪声,其中粉尘浓度合格率为50.0%,噪声合格率为18.8%,化学有毒物质合格率为100.0%。结论煤尘和噪声是该项目职业病危害的关键控制因素,陕西省某煤矿项目职业病防护设施和防护措施基本符合职业病防治有关法律法规、规章和标准的要求,但存在一定不足。Objective To identify the occupational hazard factors of coal mines in Shaanxi Province,evaluate the effects of occupational disease protection facilities,and propose supplementary measures and recommendations for occupational hazard protection.Methods During the trial operation stage of a coal mine project in Shaanxi Province from April to September of 2020,the occupational health investigation method,occupational health inspection method,occupational health monitoring status analysis method and checklist analysis method were used to evaluate thecontrol effect of occupational hazards by combining with the occupational health management status and the test results.Results The occupational hazards in the production process of the coal mine project in Shaanxi Province included coal dust,carbon monoxide,carbon dioxide,nitrogen oxides,hydrogen sulfide,sulfur dioxide,methane,and noise.The pass rate of dust concentration,noise and chemical toxic substances were 50.0%,18.8%and 100.0%.Conclusion The coal dust and noise are the key control factors for occupational disease hazards in this project,the occupational disease protection facilities and protective measures of the coal mine project in Shaanxi Province meet the requirements of relevant laws,regulations,rules and standards for occupational disease prevention,but there are certain shortcomings.
