摘 要:为研究农村住宅体形设计与通风策略对建筑节能和室内热环境的影响,利用DeST-h模拟软件计算不同体形系数和通风工况下的重庆农村住宅能耗和逐时温度值,通过对比分析建筑逐时冷负荷和室内热环境,进一步提出优化通风策略,强化自然通风降温效果,为完善我国农村居住建筑节能设计标准和通风策略优化提出合理建议。结果表明,采用规整、开敞的矩形农居平面形式是作为降低建筑能耗的优选设计方案,结合实际开窗通风的人居需求和农村居住建筑节能设计要求,间歇通风可作为首选的通风模式。为考虑建筑节能和设备经济性,农村住宅改造或节能设计时可充分考虑逐时开窗通风模式,可以有效缓解室内热舒适且达到节能效果。In order to analyze the influence of rural residential shape design and ventilation strategy on building energy efficiency and indoor thermal environment, this paper use DeST-h simulation tool to calculate the energy consumption and hourly indoor temperature of rural residences of different shape coefficients and ventilation strategies in Chongqing.By means of comparing and analyzing the building hourly cooling load and indoor thermal environment, the ventilation strategies are further proposed to strengthen the cooling effect of natural ventilation.Thus, reasonable suggestions are put forward to improve the design standards of rural residence energy efficiency and optimize the ventilation strategy in China.Results show that the regular and open rectangular rural residential planar can be the optimal design scheme to reduce building energy consumption.The intermittent ventilation can be the preferred ventilation mode according to the actual residential needs of window ventilation and rural residential building energy efficiency design requirements.In view of the building energy saving and equipment economy, the window opening ventilation mode can be fully considered in the retrofitting and energy saving design of rural residential buildings, which can effectively relieve the indoor thermal comfort and achieve energy saving effect.
