摘  要:随着经济的发展和科技的进步,能源短缺问题日益严重,节能技术的应用变得十分必要。可持续发展战略的提出,使绿色建筑成为建筑行业大趋势。采用BIM技术,使用绿色分析软件Ecotect Analysis,以某既有建筑为依托,结合地区气象数据资料分析建筑设计阶段的最佳朝向和最佳被动式优化策略,同时,针对建筑结构布局和围护结构材料的特点,对建筑光环境、太阳辐射、风环境、室内热环境以及围护结构得失热情况进行模拟并分析,提出符合地域气候状况和建筑特点与需求的优化措施。从围护结构节能改造的角度拟定优化方案,对建筑的能耗进行模拟,计算方案的节能效率,分析不同材料的围护结构对建筑能源消耗的影响,对建筑进行了节能优化设计,为建筑节能及节能改造提供参考。With the development of economy and the progress of science and technology, the problem of energy shortage is becoming more and more serious, and the application of energy-saving technology becomes very necessary. The sustainable development strategy has made green building a major trend in the construction industry. BIM technology and green analysis software Ecotect Analysis are used to analyze the best orientation and the best passive optimization strategy in the architectural design stage based on a certain building and combined with regional meteorological data. According to the characteristics of building structure layout and envelope materials, the light environment, solar radiation, wind environment and indoor thermal environment of the building are simulated and analyzed, and the optimization measures that meet the building characteristics and needs are proposed. The energy consumption of the building is simulated from the aspect of energy-saving retrofitting of the envelope, and the energy consumption of the building is optimized by comparing the influences of different envelope materials.
