摘　　要：针对低变催化剂使用寿命不超过32个月等问题,分析了造成低变催化剂使用寿命短的主要因素。鉴于导致低变催化剂中毒的氯化物来源广泛,无法彻底脱除,选用TCL-4型低变催化剂保护剂净化中变气。TCL-4型低变催化剂保护剂投运后,低变催化剂的使用寿命已超过45个月,每年可产生直接经济效益225万元。Aiming at the problem of short service life(no more than 32 months)of low temperature shift catalyst,the main factors affecting the service life of low temperature shift catalyst are analyzed.Due to the wide sources of chlorides that cause low temperature shift catalyst poisoning and cannot be completely removed,TCL-4 low temperature shift catalyst protective agent is selected to purify the medium temperature shift gas.After the operation of TCL-4 low temperature shift catalyst protective agent,the service life of the low temperature shift catalyst has exceeded 45 months,and the direct economic benefit of 2.25 million yuan per year can be generated.
