摘  要:大型炼厂及化工企业蒸汽消耗巨大,蒸汽管网系统结构复杂,管道分布广,相关工艺及设备多而杂,直接影响到企业的生产安全以及产品质量。通过T5100系统实时采集全厂蒸汽管网应用数据及设备状态,采用中控自主开发的蒸汽管网平衡及节能优化控制算法,对蒸汽管网平衡控制及节能优化进行控制调节,保证各级蒸汽母管在最短时间内实现蒸汽平衡,杜绝系统跳车等事故,主要实现了安全生产、节能降耗、无人值守三大目标,确保全厂安全高效运行。Large-scale refineries and chemical enterprises have huge steam consumption.The steam pipe network has complex structure,wide pipeline distribution.The steam pipe network Steam involves many complex processes and equipment.It is difficult to fully guarantee the pressure stability of pipelines at all levels by Manual scheduling.The unstable steam pressure in pipe network will affect production safety and product quality.It collects the application data and equipment status of the whole plant steam pipe network in real time through the T5100 system in this paper,and then we adopts the steam pipe network balance and energy-saving optimization control algorithm independently developed by SUPCON to adjust steam pipe network system and save energy.It ensure that the steam main pipe of each level realizes the steam pressure stable and balance in time and avoid accidents such as system jump.It mainly achieves the three goals of safe production,energy saving and unattended operation,ensuring safe and efficient operation of the whole plant.
