摘  要:针对使用变量泵液压系统在液压平板车的发动机功率极限保护问题,对其产生的原因进行了分析并提出相应的控制策略即发动机极限载荷电气控制,以解决发动机在工作过程中因超载导致其处于低效率工作状态甚至熄火的问题。针对液压平板车的具体施工需求,提出功率分配问题,很好地利用了发动机的输出功率。根据发动机掉速情况,进行查表PID调节,提高极限载荷响应速率。Aiming at the protection of the engine power limit of the SPMT using the variable pump hydraulic system,the reasons for its occurrence are analyzed and the corresponding control strategy is proposed in this paper,that is,the electrical control of the engine limit load,in order to solve the problem that the engine is in a low-efficiency working state or even stalls due to overloading during the working process.Aiming at the specific construction requirements of the SPMT,the problem of power distribution is proposed,which makes excellent use of the output power of the engine.According to the situation of engine speed drop,the PID adjustment is performed by looking up the table to improve the response rate of the limit load.
