摘  要:本文在技术上探究了连铸二冷水比水量由0.75L/kg提高至1.60L/kg,明显改善铸坯中心碳偏析;管理上识别出高过热度坯料,采用铸坯在高温段增加闷炉30min,确保芯部碳在炉内有充足的时间进行扩散,改善芯部碳偏析;通过上述措施可有效降低盘条芯部网状渗碳体4级比例。Technically,it is explored and optimized to increase the specific water volume of secondary cooling water for continuous casting from 0.75l/kg to 1.60l/kg,which can significantly improve the central carbon segregation of slab;In terms of management,the billet with high superheat is identified,and the billet is used to increase the furnace stuffing for 30min in the high-temperature section,so as to ensure that the core carbon has sufficient time to diffuse in the furnace and improve the core carbon segregation;The above measures can effectively reduce the grade 4 proportion of mesh cementite in the core of wire rod.
