摘　　要：本文介绍了10B21冷镦钢大盘卷的轧钢装备、生产工艺及产品质量与性能,通过对轧钢工艺要点、表面质量及性能影响因素的控制研究,并针对研发中出现的问题进行针对性采取解决措施,最终成品得到合格金相组织、表面质量及力学性能,实现10B21冷镦钢大盘卷批量化生产。10B21冷镦钢大盘卷的成功开发,拓宽三钢的产品结构,提高三钢金属制品材的综合竞争力。This paper introduces the production process and product quality and performance of rolling equipment for 10B21 cold forging steel coil.Through the control research on the surface quality and performance of rolling process points,and taking targeted measures to solve the problems in the research and development,the final product is qualified metallographic structure Surface quality and mechanical properties,achieve the successful development of 10B21 cold heading steel coil mass production,broaden the product structure of SANGang,improve the comprehensive competitiveness of sangang metal products.
