摘 要:以斑马鱼、大型溞、羊角月牙藻为试验生物,分别测试其暴露于30%唑虫酰胺悬浮剂中的急性毒性,获取其毒性试验结果,再结合农药行业标准中的毒性等级划分标准,评估30%唑虫酰胺悬浮剂对以上3种水生生物的急性毒性等级,从而为30%唑虫酰胺悬浮剂的生态风险评价提供理论依据。结果表明,30%唑虫酰胺悬浮剂对溞类(大型溞)48 h-EC_(50)=0.0015 mg a.i./L、鱼类(斑马鱼)96 h-LC_(50)=0.0055 mg a.i./L、藻类(羊角月牙藻)72 h-E_(r)C_(50)=1.88 mg a.i./L、72 h-E_(y)C_(50)=0.26 mg a.i./L,其毒性等级分别为剧毒、剧毒、高毒。In this study,Barchydanio rerio,Daphnia magna and Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata were taken as the research objects,and the acute toxicity of 30% tolfenpyrad suspending agent on the three aquatic organisms were tested.According to the toxicity classification standard in pesticide industry,the acute toxicity level of 30% tolfenpyradsuspending agent on the three aquatic organisms was evaluated,so as to provide theoretical basis for the ecological risk assessment of 30% tolfenpyrad suspending agent.The results showed that for Daphnia magna,48 h-EC_(50)=0.0015 mg a.i./L;for Barchydanio rerio,96 h-LC_(50)=0.0055 mg a.i./L;for Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata,72 h-E_(r)C_(50)=1.88 mg a.i./L,and 72 h-E_(y)C_(50)=0.26 mg a.i./L.The acute toxicity grade was extremely toxic,extremely toxic and highly toxic,respectively.
