摘 要:建立气相色谱法定量测定水中四氢呋喃的检测方法。准确量取10.0 mL水样于20 mL顶空中,密封后应用顶空进样器进样,采用HP-5色谱柱分离样品中的四氢呋喃,然后采用外标定量法进行含量分析。顶空-气相色谱法分析水中四氢呋喃含量,四氢呋喃的加标回收率在95%~102.4%,相对标准偏差小于3.0%,且重现性好。该法分析水中的四氢呋喃含量能满足检测工作要求,适合于废水中四氢呋喃含量的测定。A method for the quantitative determination of tetrahydrofuran in water by gas chromatography was established.10.0 mL water sample was measured and sealed in 20 mL headspace,and the sample was injected with the headspace injector.Tetrahydrofuran in the sample was separated by HP-5 chromatographic column,and its content was analyzed by external standard method.The recovery of tetrahydrofuran was between 92.5% and 105.6%,the relative standard deviation was less than 3.0%,and the reproducibility was good.The method can meet the detection requirements,and is suitable for the determination of tetrahydrofuran in water samples.
