摘　　要：目前商业化生产噻托溴铵主要以托品醇盐酸盐为起始原料,该主原料主要由天然曼陀罗碱制备。文章介绍了噻托溴铵的用途,综述了噻托溴铵工艺研究进展,提出在后续的关键工艺及重要控制参数开发过程中,还必须受到监管当局的监管。At present, the commercial production of tiotropium bromide mainly uses tropinol hydrochloride as the starting material, and the main raw material is mainly prepared from natural datorine. This article introduces the use of tiotropium bromide,summarizes the research progress of tiotropium bromide process, and points out that in the subsequent development of key processes and important control parameters, it must be supervised by the regulatory authorities.
