摘 要:目前,中国化工行业发展势头迅猛,并在一定程度上促进了整体国民经济水平的提升。在整个化工生产过程中,压力容器发挥了重要的作用,压力容器质量的优劣是生产设备运行的关键。通常来说,压力容器大多为罐体,能储存气体或者液体,且密封性能比较好。大部分情况下其内部的压力较高,如果设计过程中存在不合理或问题,则会导致严重的安全隐患。因此,在化工压力容器设计的过程中,要综合考虑多种因素,保证设计的安全性和合理性,才能够促进化工企业正常稳定运行。文章就化工压力容器设计的不安全因素进行分析,与此同时提出相应改进策略。At present, the chemical industry in China is developing rapidly, and to some extent, it has promoted the improvement of the overall national economic level. In the overall process of chemical production, pressure vessels play an important role. The quality of pressure vessels is the key to the operation of the overall production equipment. Generally speaking, most pressure vessels are tanks, and gas or liquid can be stored inside with good sealing performance. The internal pressure is high in most cases. If it is unreasonable or has problems in the design process, it will lead to serious safety hazards. Therefore, in the process of designing chemical pressure vessels, it is necessary to comprehensively consider a variety of factors to ensure the safety and rationality of the design, so as to promote the normal and stable operation of chemical enterprises. This paper analyzes the unsafe factors in the design of chemical pressure vessels, and puts forward corresponding improvement strategies.
