摘  要:苯在国民经济发展中起着至关重要的作用,其产能以及生产技术水平可以体现整个国家的石化发展水平。苯属于芳香烃,其与非芳烃的组分在一起会形成共沸物,苯产品开发的主要技术途径是抽提工艺路线,文章通过对苯产品开发技术及其中的苯抽提蒸馏技术(SED)进行介绍,并就SED技术的应用进行探索,结果表明SED技术的工艺过程合理、便于操作,且采用该工艺可生产出满足技术要求的合格产品,整体具有投资小、能耗低以及收率高等优点,该技术在同类装置新建或扩能改造过程中可以进行推广使用。Benzene plays a vital role in the development of national economy. Its production capacity and production technology level can reflect the petrochemical development level of the whole country. Benzene belongs to aromatic hydrocarbon, which will form azeotrope together with non-aromatic components. The main technical way of benzene product development is the extraction process. This paper introduces the development technology of benzene products and the benzene extraction distillation technology(SED), and explores the application of SED technology. The results show that the process of sed technology is reasonable and easy to operate, and the qualified products that meet the technical requirements can be produced by using this process. As a whole, it has the advantages of small investment, low energy consumption and high yield. This technology can be popularized in the process of new construction or capacity expansion and transformation of similar devices.
