摘 要:本研究基于日常生活视角构建滨水公共空间评价体系,运用结合模糊数学的语义分析(SD)评价方法,从基础保障型、生活提升型和品质内涵型三大需求层出发,设置了6个一级指标和18个二级指标,测定市民对滨水公共空间在各个评价指标方面的满意度;通过重要性-绩效分析模型(IPA),构建无须优先区、继续保持区、缓慢建设区和亟须改进区4个建设顺序层级,并结合差值可视化分析得出滨水指标的绩效表现情况。本研究以上海苏州河两岸居民区最多的段落为例,针对滨水公共空间,优化测量市民日常生活需求与空间供给匹配度的方法,提高测量的准确性,为后期优化滨水公共空间提供建议指导。This paper proposes to construct a waterfront public space vitality evaluation system from the perspective of daily life.Using the semantic analysis(SD) evaluation method combined with fuzzy mathematics, 6 first-level indicators and 18 second-level indicators are set up from three demand layers of basic security,life improvement and quality connotation to measure citizens’ satisfaction on various indicators of waterfront public facilities. The IPA model was used to obtain the importance evaluation results by using the Likert 5-point scale, and the four construction order levels of priority-free zone, maintenance zone, slow construction zone and urgent improvement zone were constructed by combining the satisfaction levels. The performance of the waterfront indicators is combined with the difference visualization analysis to derive the performance of waterfront indicators. This paper takes the most residential sections on both sides of Suzhou River in Shanghai as an example to optimize the method of measuring the matching degree between citizens’ daily needs and space supply for waterfront public space. It improves the accuracy of the measurement, and provides suggestions and guidance for the later planning and design of waterfront public space.
