摘　　要：圣尼古拉大教堂是哈尔滨1900—1966年的地标性建筑,曾见证了哈尔滨城市的诸多过往。本研究从圣尼古拉大教堂建设入手,通过教堂与俄罗斯教堂的对比,论述其历史与艺术价值,揭示圣尼古拉大教堂与哈尔滨的城市文化渊源。最后,文章将历史建筑与城市未来发展联系起来,提出如何认知与审思这类已消失的建筑遗产的价值及其对城市发展的作用。St. Nicholas cathedral is a landmark of Harbin from 1900to 1966, which has witnessed many of Harbin’s past. Starting with the construction of St. Nicholas Church, through the comparison between St. Nicholas Church and Russian church, this paper discusses the historical and artistic value of the cathedral, and reveals the cultural origins of St. Nicholas Church and Harbin. Finally, the paper links the historical architecture with the future development of the city, and puts forward how to recognize and consider the value of this kind of disappeared architectural heritage and its significance to urban development.
