摘 要:为实现微弱电压信号的精密反相和放大功能,介绍了一种微弱电压信号精密放大的新方法,采用反相比例加法电路作为主回路,通过电磁单元提取输出信号与输入信号之间的偏差,并将其补偿至主回路中,实现对输出信号的动态调节。通过多组分列绕组串联的形式实现输出信号放大至 5 V,设计了精密双级隔离升压单元达到与后级装置之间的电气隔离,同时保证升压环节和反馈环节中的隔离互感器单元输出电压的准确度。测试结果表明:不同分列绕组比例升压后的输出电压比差均小于 10×10^(-6),角差小于 20 μrad,该方法在电压误差校验等领域有很强的工程实用价值。In order to realize the function of precise reverse phase and amplification of weak voltage signal,a new method of precise amplification of weak voltage signal is introduced in this paper. The inverse proportional addition circuit is used as the main circuit and the deviation between output signal and input signal is extracted by the electromagnetic unit and compensated into the main circuit to realize the dynamic adjustment of the output signal. The output signal is amplified to 5 V by means of series connection of several groups of separated windings. A precise two- stage isolated boost unit is designed to achieve electrical isolation between the secondary device and the secondary device. Meanwhile,the accuracy of the output voltage of the isolated transformer unit in the boost link and feedback link is ensured. The test results show that the output voltage ratio difference after boost with different proportion of separated winding is less than 10×10^(-6),The angle difference is less than 20 μrad,so this method has a strong practical value in the field of voltage error calibration.
