摘  要:当前电网暂态稳定性分析方法未采用相关系数求解不同风电场的边缘分布,导致暂态稳态量化分析结果存在较大误差。提出考虑线路阻塞的高渗透率风电电网暂态稳态量化分析方法。构建考虑线路阻塞的高渗透率风电电网暂态稳态能量函数,分析风电出力变化对发电机组功角特性产生的影响,获取对应的风电电网暂态稳态判定依据;通过相关系数求解不同风电场的边缘分布,引入威布尔分布的逆函数获取风速序列构建风电电网暂态稳态风险指标,并进行风电电网暂态稳态量化分析。通过相关测试,全面验证了所提方法的有效性和可操作性。The current method for power grid transient stability analysis does not use the correlation coefficient to solve the edge distribution of different wind farms,resulting in large errors in the quantitative analysis results of the transient and steady state. To this end,a transient and steady-state quantitative analysis method of high permeability wind power grid considering line congestion is proposed in this paper. The transient and steady-state energy function of high permeability wind power grid considering line congestion is constructed,and the influence of wind power output change on power angle characteristics of generator set is analyzed,and the corresponding judgment basis of transient and steady-state of wind power grid is obtained. At the same time,the edge distributions of different wind farms are solved through the correlation coefficient, and the inverse function of Weibull distribution is introduced to obtain the wind speed sequence to construct the transient and steady-state risk index of wind power grid,which is used for the quantitative analysis of the transient and steady-state of wind power grid. The effectiveness and operability of the proposed method are comprehensively verified by relevant tests.
