摘 要:我国煤炭资源分布广泛,煤炭种类丰富,电站锅炉的实际运行燃用煤质一般不同于设计煤质,由于不同煤质的燃烧特性相差较大,但锅炉及其辅助设备都是按照煤质进行设计的,当煤质发生变化时,设备性能也会发生变化,特别是煤质水分发生变化时,对制粉系统影响更大。本文通过分析某电厂由于煤质变化引起的磨煤机出力降低问题,提出提升磨煤机出力的改造方案,对推荐方案进行参数计算并进行论证,为实际燃用煤质水分变化较大的电厂提升磨煤机出力提供借鉴。China's coal resources are widely distributed and there is a great variety of coal,the quality of burning coal used in the actual operation of power plant boilers is generally different from that of the design coal.The combustion characteristics of different coals vary greatly,but boiler and its auxiliary equipment are designed based on the coal quality.When the coal quality changes,the performances of equipment will also change.Especially when moisture in the coal changes,it may have a greater impact on the pulverizing system.Through analyzing the decrease of coal mill capacity caused due to the change of coal quality in power plants,this paper proposes the transformation scheme of increasing the coal mill capacity,in which parameter calculation and demonstration are conducted for the recommended scheme,so as to provide reference for raising the coal mill capacity in power plants with great changes in coal quality and moisture.
