摘  要:费托合成是将合成气转化为碳氢化合物的过程,催化剂在反应过程中起着至关重要的作用。然而,费托催化剂特别是铁基催化剂在反应过程中具有高度动态性,传统的表征技术很难获得催化剂在反应时的真实信息。原位表征技术在跟踪催化剂表面结构及其吸附物种动态信息上具有时间和空间优势,更有利于揭示催化剂催化机理及构效关系,被越来越多地应用到费托合成催化剂研究中。本文综述了原位测试条件下透射电子显微镜、X射线衍射、X射线光电子能谱、穆斯堡尔谱、拉曼光谱、红外光谱等表征技术在费托催化剂活性相结构、助剂效应、催化剂与载间相互作用、催化剂链增长及失活机理研究中的应用,为开发高性能费托催化剂提供参考。Fischer-Tropsch process is a process of converting synthesis gas into hydrocarbons,and the catalyst plays a vital role in the reaction process.However,the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis catalyst,especially iron-based catalyst,is highly dynamic in the reaction process,and it is difficult to obtain real information of catalyst during the reaction by using traditional characterization techniques.The in-situ characterization technique has advantages in time and space for tracking the dynamic information of catalyst surface structure and adsorbed species,which is conducive to revealing the catalytic mechanism and structure-activity relationship of catalysts,and is increasingly used in the study of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis catalysts.This paper summarizes the application of characterization techniques such as transmission electron microscope,X-ray diffraction,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,Mossbauer spectrum,Raman spectrum and infrared spectrum in the active phase structure,promoting effect,interaction between catalyst and carrier,catalyst chain growth and deactivation mechanism of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis catalysts under the in-situ testing conditions,providing references for the development of high-performance Fischer-Tropsch synthesis catalysts.
