摘 要:工业余热的回收与利用既是降低能耗、提高能效的重要手段,又是实现碳减排最直接有效的措施。针对我国低品位工业余热资源回收率较低、利用效果较差等现象,本文从直接热交换、制冷制热、热功转换3个方面阐述了国内外低品位余热回收利用的研究现状。分析认为:需加强先进技术的基础研发工作,同时加快落实技术的示范与工程化应用推广,以提高我国整体低品位余热利用率。The recovery and utilization of industrial waste heat is not only an important means to reduce energy consumption and improve energy efficiency,but also the most direct and effective measure to achieve carbon emission reduction.In view of the low recovery rate and poor utilization effect of low-grade industrial waste heat resources in China,this paper sets forth the research status of recovery and utilization of lowgrade waste heat at home and abroad from three aspects,i.e.direct heat exchange,refrigeration and heating,and heat-work conversion.The analysis shows that:it is necessary to strengthen the basic research and development of advanced technologies,and accelerate the implementation of technology demonstration and engineering application promotion,so as to improve the overall utilization rate of low-grade waste heat in China.
