摘  要:针对渝鄂背靠背及相应鄂西交流补强工程投运后,对近区电网潮流特性和清江梯级电站外送的影响进行计算分析。使用电力系统综合稳定计算程序(power system analysis software package,PSASP)仿真分析近区电网的潮流转移特性,以及清江梯级电站外送通道制约因素,提出提升电站外送能力的措施。依据清江梯级电站运行约束条件的变化给出相应的优化策略,并剖析改造后系统和电站本体可能存在的风险。研究新网架下清江机组的运行策略,对梯级水库调度工作,保障电网和清江梯级电站安全、经济、稳定运行具有指导意义。After the Chongqing-Hubei back-to-back and the corresponding western Hubei AC reinforcement project is put into operation,the calculation and analysis of the power flow characteristics of the nearby area and the impact of the Qing River cascade power station delivery are calculated.The Power System Analysis Integrated Program(PSASP)was used to simulate the power flow transfer characteristics of the near-area power grid,as well as the constraints of the transmission channel of the Qing River cascade power station,and measures to improve the power transmission capacity of the power station were proposed.It also analyzes the possible risks of the system and the main body of the power station after the transformation,and provides corresponding countermeasures according to the changes in the constraints of the Qing River cascade hydropower station reservoirs.It has guiding significance for the dispatching of cascade reservoirs and ensuring the safe,economic,and stable operation of the power grid and Qing River cascade power stations.
