摘  要:人造集成薄木是人造板和家具表面装饰的重要材料。对人造集成薄木制备相关技术的应用研究进行综述,分别从重组装饰材的研发、人造集成薄木的纹理调控、成型过程的力学表征、成型过程的传热传质等方面就其技术特点、问题和拟解决方案等进行分析;最后指出逆原木旋切过程的辊压热成型技术可成为进一步推动人造集成薄木制备技术提升的有效手段,为人造集成薄木产业的快速发展提供参考。Man-made integrated veneer is a kind of important material for wood-based panel and furniture surface decoration.In this paper, applied research on related technologies about man-made veneer were summarized.Four aspects involving the development of reconstituted decorative lumber, texture regulation of mane-made integrated veneer, mechanical characterization of forming process, heat and mass transfer during forming process were analyzed on technical features, problems and proposed solutions.At last, roll-heat pressing technique which was relatively an inverse process of peeling of log was indicated to be an effective measure for further advancing man-made integrated veneer production, therefore providing a reference for the rapid development of man-made integrated veneer industry.
