摘 要:采用新疆煤渣对高铬砖进行了抗侵蚀实验,利用SEM、EDS分析手段对侵蚀后的高铬砖进行了分析。结果表明:新疆煤渣中含有较多的Fe_(2)O_(3)、Na_(2)O、MgO等碱性氧化物成分,侵蚀实验后在高铬砖表面形成结构致密的镁铝铬铁复合尖晶石层,能够在一定程度上阻碍熔渣向高铬砖内部渗透;添加磷酸盐的高铬砖相比普通高铬砖对新疆煤渣抗侵蚀渗透性能有明显提高,形成的脱锆层更薄,煤渣对其侵蚀溶解作用也更小,这是由于其气孔孔径及气孔数量较小,从而减少熔渣通过气孔向砖内部的渗透。The erosion resistance experiment of high chromium brick was carried out with Xinjiang coal cinder.The eroded high chromium brick was analyzed by SEM and EDS.The results showed that as Xinjiang coal cinder contained a lot of basic oxides such as Fe_(2)O_(3),Na_(2)O and MgO,it was easy to form a composite spinel layer of iron,aluminum,chromium and magnesium on the surface of high chromium brick,and the spinel layer had a compact structure,which could hinder the penetration of slag into high chromium brick to a certain extent.Compared with ordinary high chromium brick,the high chromium brick added with phosphate had significantly improved the erosion resistance against Xinjiang cinder,the formed zirconium removal layer was thinner,and the erosion and dissolution effect of cinder on the brick was also smaller.This was because the pore diameter and the number of pores were small,which reduced the penetration of slag into the brick through the pores.
